Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Service

· Quote work for small jobs and provide accurate, timely information to customers.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

· Maintain professional, courteous communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Manage Customer Account Maintenance, including but not limited to:

o Accounts Receivable collections

o Record keeping

o Collaboration with accounting and operations teams

Data & Business System Management

· Master the business system to extract, enter, and track all pertinent data.

· Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all jobs.

· Maintain organized and accurate records of orders, customer transactions, and production data.

Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in business/ERP systems (JobBoss or equivalent).

o Strong analytical and data management skills.

o Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

o Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

o Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
