Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Drug Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Drug Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures precisely, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician

Location: Richmond, VA 23236

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

Shift:

8:30am - 2:30pm

9am - 5:30pm

3pm - 11:30pm

What's the Job?

Operate and maintain drug manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients and combine them into blends.

Complete work orders, including batch record documentation, per cGMP requirements.

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Follow and complete documentation with minimal errors or corrections.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Ability to follow procedures exactly and maintain accuracy in documentation.

Willingness to complete cGMP and safety training in a timely manner.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Must successfully clear all screenings before starting.

What's in it for me?

Temp-to-perm opportunity with initial 1-month assignment (extensions month-to-month).

$1,000 net bonus at 60 days and another $1,000 net at 6 months (attendance criteria apply).

Weekly pay with overtime available at time-and-a-half for hours over 40.

Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (various shifts available).
