Description

Under general supervision provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Collects compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information. Composes straightforward written descriptions of results. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills. Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and two to four years of experience. Frequently reports to a department manager. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized temporary Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Accounting Technicians. This role will assist with routine financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of accounting functions during a period of increased workload. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records - Prepare and process invoices expense reports and purchase orders - Support reconciliation of accounts and verification of financial data - Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems - Respond to internal inquiries regarding financial documentation - Assist with compiling reports and summaries for management review - Perform general administrative duties including scheduling document preparation and correspondence

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $21.59/hr.
