Job Title: File Clerk/Title Specialist

Job Description

This role involves managing an increased volume of vehicle titles. The client will be responsible for an additional 100,000 titles in their vault.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain physical and digital files.

Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.

Provide administrative support and assist with front desk duties.

Scan documents and ensure proper filing and sorting.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various tasks.

Answer phones and deliver exceptional customer service.

Pay close attention to detail in all tasks.

Essential Skills

Strong clerical and computer skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent typing skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Strong attendance record and willingness to work on Saturdays.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in administrative assistance and customer support.

Ability to write on legal documents.

Quick learning capability.

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. This position requires working in an office setting with no remote opportunities. The dress code is business casual, prohibiting flip flops, ripped jeans, and perfume.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irmo, South Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
