Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness in Fairmont WV

Schedule: Full Time 40 Hours Weekdays Monday through Friday

Specialties: Neuro, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, oncology (ReVital), pelvic health and Post Offer Employment Testing (POETs)

Incentives: up to $10,000 Sign on Bonus

At HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness Fairmont WV is expanding! We are seeking a full time physical therapist to join our OP ortho team. This full time position would include a split schedule at our two Fairmont locations. We have additional clinicians on staff able to support physical therapists of all experience levels with mentorship available for new PTs who are focused on outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certification
