Responsibilities
As the A1 Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and advancing our quality standards on the 1st Shift. This position requires an individual who thrives on challenge, embraces learning, and is ready to be both a leader and a mentor. You will oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and work closely with team members to ensure the highest level of product quality. Your ability to balance efficiency with attention to detail will drive team success and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess proven supervisory experience, a keen understanding of quality assurance processes, and a desire to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Strong organizational abilities and a results-oriented mindset are key, as is the talent to motivate others while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Qualified candidates should have:
Experience coordinating schedules across multiple facilities or departments

Demonstrated commitment and leadership reflecting organizational values
No active code of conduct violations
Satisfactory attendance per Transfer policy
Strong work ethic
Proven interpersonal and trust-building skills
Effective written and oral communication in English
Education
Must have High School diploma /GED or Above
