Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for general preventative maintenance across various lines, machines, robots, and conveyors. This role involves maintaining automotive seating manufacturing equipment, diagnosing and repairing issues efficiently, and troubleshooting equipment including Fanuc Robots, Conveyors, Seating Lines, Pneumatics, and PLCs.

Responsibilities

Perform general preventative maintenance on all production lines, machines, robots, and conveyors.

Maintain automotive seating manufacturing equipment in a Just in Time plant environment.

Diagnose and repair equipment issues quickly and efficiently.

Troubleshoot equipment such as Fanuc Robots, Conveyors, Seating Lines, Pneumatics, and PLCs.

Handle electrical tasks involving 480v 3 phase and 12 volt DC systems.

Conduct Allen Bradley PLC Troubleshooting.

2nd shift to start. Potential flexibility to move to 3rd shift or 1st shift (seniority based-union environment)

2nd = 2PM-10PM

3rd = 10PM-6AM

Currently working every other Saturday (45-55 hours per week)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.28 - $33.28/hr.
