Member Service Center Representative

Location: 27000 Evergreen Rd, Lathrup Village, MI 48076

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr

About the Role

Join Michigan First Credit Union's 365 Live Call Center and become the voice of our brand. As a Member Service Center Representative, you'll deliver five-star service, build lasting relationships, and help members feel confident and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Handle 80-100 calls daily, addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Provide information on checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit

Document member interactions accurately and efficiently

Recommend financial products and services based on member needs

Process loan payments and accounting transactions

Troubleshoot online banking and account issues

Take loan applications when needed

Follow through on member requests and ensure resolution

Required Skills

Qualifications

Outgoing and personable demeanor

Previous experience in retail or customer service

Call center or financial institution experience preferred

Strong computer proficiency and multitasking ability

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $40560.00/yr.
