As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we're modernizing the way we manage and deliver product information across the enterprise. We're re-platforming our Product Information Management (PIM) ecosystem to create a centralized, scalable foundation that enables seamless product onboarding, enriched content, and accurate data syndication across all channels. We're seeking an Enterprise Item Lead to lead this critical transformation-driving strategy, implementation, and integration across systems, teams, and partners.

A day in the life as an Enterprise Item Lead...
Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the enterprise PIM platform, ensuring it meets evolving business needs for product onboarding, enrichment, and syndication
Architect and implement scalable integrations between the PIM system and internal platforms such as ERP, PLM, DAM, and eCommerce, as well as external data and content partners
Develop and maintain performant APIs and microservices to support real-time and asynchronous data flows across systems and platforms
Define and govern product data standards, taxonomy, attributes, and validation rules to ensure high-quality, consistent product information across systems and channels
Collaborate closely with merchandising, supply chain, digital, and IT stakeholders to understand item setup requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support and optimize legacy item setup processes-including batch workflows, SOAP integrations, and custom file formats-ensuring stability and accuracy while transitioning to modern platforms
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for enterprise item architecture, providing thought leadership on how product data should be structured, integrated, and leveraged across systems
Lead and mentor developers and integration engineers, promoting technical excellence, agile best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement
Break down complex initiatives into actionable technical plans and manage execution through agile delivery cycles with measurable outcomes
Implement monitoring and observability solutions for item data flows to ensure system reliability, performance, and proactive issue detection
What you'll bring to the table...
Deep expertise with PIM platforms (e.g., Salsify, Akeneo, Riversand, Informatica, or Stibo) and experience integrating PIM with ERP, DAM, PLM, and eCommerce systems
Strong programming and integration background using modern technologies (.NET Core, Golang, REST/gRPC, Kafka)
Experience working with legacy systems and hybrid integration models, including SOAP APIs, batch jobs, and XML/flat file processing
Solid understanding of product data modeling, enrichment workflows, taxonomy, and governance strategies
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of software development, systems integration, or technical product data experience, with 3+ years in a PIM leadership or enterprise item ownership role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead through complexity
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and operational excellence
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, Agile environment

Minimum Starting Rate: $126,960.00 Annually
Up to: $158,700.00 Annually
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
