Summary DLA Piper is seeking a finance associate to work in its Project & Energy subgroup, with a focus on energy transition financing matters.This position could be locatedin any of our US offices. As an associate you will have the opportunity to work on internationally recognized matters including novel financing deals in the energy transition space. Education JD Bar Admission Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying. Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters. Experience handling transactions in the area of financing and M&Aof energy transitionprojects and companies, with proven experience in tax equity and other renewable energy tax credit monetization matters. Pay Transparency The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $310,000 - $435,000 per year depending on the candidate's geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
