Apple is looking for a Finance Manager with exceptional analytical capacity, creativity, and interpersonal skills to lead the WW Retail Finance - Retail FP&A Field Support management team.
In this strategic leadership role, you will lead a team of analysts to drive accurate forecasting, meticulous annual planning, and insightful quarter-end financial analysis.
Description
As a Retail Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance environment.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive accurate forecasting, meticulous annual planning, and insightful quarter-end financial analysis for key retail expense areas, including Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM), Visuals, Merchandising, Retail Security and other Store Operations.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage Retail's Annual Opex Plan and guide the annual planning process.
Executive Communication: Present clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership, directly influencing key business decisions.
Process Improvement: Drive accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of Finance / Business experience in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
2+ years of experience managing, developing and coaching as leader of a team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Business
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of Finance / Business experience in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Ability to perform quantitative and financial analyses; able to work comfortably with incomplete information while dealing with ambiguity
Strong business acumen and high intellectual curiosity, with interest in Apple's products, services, technology, business, and strategy
Must be able to think strategically on critical business issues, while simultaneously possessing the ability to act tactically to execute against them
Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Extraordinarily detail-oriented, while able to keep sight of the "big picture"
Excellent oral and written communication skills; experienced at presenting effectively to executives
Collaborative; an effective influencer who is able to build consensus among cross-functional teams
Passion for automating and improving processes, and drive to adopt latest technology tools at our disposal
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,700 and $225,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
