The Marketing Technology Integrations Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrations across our marketing and sales technology stack, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 CRM to Marketo, Highspot, multiple data analytics platforms, and Power Apps. This role ensures seamless data flow, process alignment, and technology interoperability to support lead management, campaign performance tracking, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical expertise, marketing technology knowledge, and strong business acumen to connect systems, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and IT. Ideal candidates for this role will be able to work a hybrid schedule from our Bloomington, MN office. We will also consider qualified remote candidates. Role Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Marketo, HighSpot, Power Apps, and data analytics tools. Partner with IT, marketing, and sales teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant integration solutions. Develop and maintain integration documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational runbooks. Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of data between systems to support lead routing, campaign attribution, and pipeline reporting. Implement data governance best practices, including field mapping, data hygiene rules, and duplicate prevention strategies. Partner with analytics teams to enable cross-platform reporting and business intelligence dashboards. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for integrated workflows across the martech stack. Provide training and documentation to Marketing and Sales teams to maximize adoption and efficiency. Identify opportunities to leverage Power Apps for custom solutions that enhance productivity and integration. Monitor integration performance, resolve data sync errors, and proactively address system issues. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and optimize integrations. Recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. Work closely with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, IT, and Analytics teams to align processes and goals. Translate business needs into technical requirements for integration and automation projects. Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years' experience in marketing technology, CRM administration, or marketing operations. 3+ years of experience working with and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with multiple systems ranging from marketing automation, sales enablement and custom. 3+ years of experience with Power Apps or Microsoft Power Platform. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of data management, ETL processes, and API integrations. Familiarity with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives. Experience with middleware or integration tools (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, Azure Logic Apps). Understanding of marketing attribution models, lead scoring, and campaign performance metrics. Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy compliance best practices. Travel: Up to 25% Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Annual Salary Range: $103,300 - $134,200. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. This position is eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
