Role Overview: The primary role of the Warehouse Associate in the Nutrition business is to assist in all aspects of plant production, quality control, maintenance, and facility cleanliness. A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role: Learn and train across all roles required at the plant, including mixing, bagging, forklift, and container loading. Operate and maintain processing equipment as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain facility cleanliness throughout all operations. Perform Quality Control while handling products. Accurately document tasks performed across processing, maintenance, cleaning. Manage warehousing including receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory. Follow all safety, regulatory, and administrative policies and procedures. What You Bring to the Role: 1+ years of experience and must be at least 18 years of age Willingness to operate material handling equipment including a forklift, skid steer, and other equipment Ability to repetitively lift packages up to 50 lb. (or 110Lb. with a partner) while working in a non-climate-controlled dusty environment Good math and organizational skills Able to follow written and verbal English directions and complete necessary documentation High School Diploma or equivalent What Makes You a Great Fit: You're driven and self-motivated You have a customer-focus You're willing and desire to work overtime as needed You are reliable and dependable Compensation and Benefits: The base compensation for this position ranges from $16.83 to $22.41 per hour.
