We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Corporate Development Manager to join the team in our New York office.The Corporate Development Manager will participate in and drive our strategic growth initiatives. You will lead and support the execution of the full spectrum of M&A activities, from industry research and pipeline generation to complex financial modeling, valuation, and the preparation of critical investment committee and board approval materials.CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Work collaboratively with senior leadership to define the M&A strategy aligned with corporate goals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and assess industry trends.Screen potential acquisition and partnership opportunitiesCollaborate with CohnReznick's Industry & Service teams to proactively build and cultivate a robust M&A target pipelineSupport and enhance relationships with investment bankers, external advisors, and private equity partnersSynthesize complex data into compelling presentations and actionable investment conclusions for executive management reviewOversee and lead complex financial and valuation analysis relating to M&A transactions, providing thought leadership across economic scenarios/analysis in a clear and concise manner to executive leadersManage critical deal logistics, including VDR oversight, project timelines, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with internal policiesMonitor and report on the performance of completed transactions, providing insights and recommendations for future improvementsOwn various ad-hoc corporate finance projects, including cost of equity analysis, goodwill model valuation testing, and market/industry researchYOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years (preferably within professional services) of corporate development, M&A, and/or investment banking experience, with experience executing transactions across the lifecycleProven knowledg
