Private Duty LPN STAT Opportunities Throughout Passaic, Bergen, & Hudson County

Paid One-to-One Training Provided

As a STAT LPN with BAYADA, you'll have the opportunity to become part of our highest skilled nursing team, helping clients as they transition home from the hospital and filling last-minute openings. You'll be the first friendly face that puts new admission clients at ease right from the start. With your experience caring for people of all ages and acuity levels, you're ideally suited to provide the initial 4-6 weeks of skilled nursing care. Working closely with your Clinical Managers, you'll ensure each client's needs are met according to their care plan, all while delivering personalized one-on-one nursing attention at home.

STAT LPN Rate Range - $40.00 - $45.00

Training Rate - $30.00/hour

On-Going Case - $40.00/hour

New Admissions - $43.00/hour

Peer Precepting - $42.00 - $45.00/hour

Qualifications for STAT Nurses :

Current NJ LPN license in good standing

Must be willing to work throughout Passaic, Bergen, & Hudson County

Must have Trach/Vent Experience, preferably in a homecare setting.

Experience with Infants / Pediatrics, preferred Paid Training Provided

Experience in Home Healthcare preferred Paid Training Provided

Must be available to work a minimum of two, twelve hour day or overnight shifts per week. Day (7a-7p) Overnight (7pm-7am)

Must be willing to work a minimum of one weekend per month

What to Expect As A STAT Nurse

STAT nurses get paired with a new admission client and stay with that client on a consistent schedule for about one to one-and-a-half months. After completing this initial care period, you'll be matched with your next client. We offer traditional 12-hour shift options, focusing on hands-on care with one client. Clients' ages range from infants to the elderly, with acuity requirements varying from basic care to complex needs such as trach and vent care. You'll travel to your client's home, stay there for the full shift, and follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Your responsibilities include performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations-all vital to providing top-quality care at home.
