Clinical Solutions Consultant - MRI (United States)
As a Clinical Solutions Consultant for the MRI business, you will ensure and monitor successful clinical practice implementation of key first time users of Philips MR solutions, and existing KOLs alike within North America.
Your role:
Ensuring Adoption of Philips MR Products: Focus on successful clinical adoption of Philips MRI products and solutions through the framework of "understand-care-deliver." This involves analyzing the customer's existing clinical practices and workflows to identify areas for improvement and potential sales opportunities.
Consultative Role and Solution Delivery: Conducting thorough clinical practice and workflow analyses while serving as a consultant to guide necessary changes regardless of new solutions implementation. It encompasses sales, delivery, education, and ongoing customer consulting, both pre- and post-sales.
Customer Engagement and Feedback Management: Configuring Philips solutions to fit customer workflows, educating users, and managing customer feedback to address issues and suggest enhancements. Participation in the development of new solutions is crucial, along with involvement in product innovation processes.
Collaboration and Proof Point Development: Work closely with customers and the Philips clinical community, the role supports clinical studies and exploratory collaborations to gather proof points, insights, and testimonials. This involves exploring literature and collecting data to demonstrate the effectiveness of solutions.
Competencies and Effective Communication: Key competencies include problem-solving, project coordination, and effective communication skills tailored to different audiences. Building strong customer relationships is essential to ensure project success, complemented by ongoing professional development and proficiency in using MRI equipment and internal tools.
You're the right fit:
You have 6+ years of full-time clinical MRI experience, along with an understanding of customer needs and competitive activity. Experience with Philips MRI products is highly desirable, as is previous clinical training or modality supervision experience.
Your background includes a strong track record of working closely with clinical partners and conducting translational research and understanding of large clinical trials designs.
You've earned a certification as a Radiology Technologist (ARRT, ARMRIT) and a strong clinical background with relevant MRI product knowledge. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position. The ability to travel related to this role is required and you must be willing and able to travel up to 75% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.
You've demonstrated strong clinical skills, along with excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT or WV is $83,000 to $133,000
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, VT, WI, or WY is $87,000 to $140,000
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $92,000 to $147,000
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $98,000 to $157,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
