Job Specifications:

Job Type: Full-Time- 3 month temp (possible hire after contract)

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Rate: $18-$22/HR

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring positive outcomes.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best support.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Proficient in using computer systems and software.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
