Summary DLA Piper is seeking a Venture & Growth Attorney to join our finance department in any of our U.S. offices (Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco and San Diego would be preferred locations). Candidates should have 4 plus years of lender-side representation for commercial finance matters. Experience representing banks and/or private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences and/or middle market companies is preferred. Candidates must be admitted or to the jurisdiction in which applying. This is a professional track/non-partnership track position. Education

Bar Admission

Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Experience

4+ years of experience.

Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm and experience.

Essential Job Expectations While the specific job requirements of a DLA Piper position may vary depending upon scope of the job and area of specialty, there are certain universal requirements that are expected of all DLA Piper employees, which include but are not limited to:

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment;

Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned.

Hybrid - Regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home
