As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment at a bustling retail location. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for patrolling designated areas by vehicle and/or on foot. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures.
Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting any unusual activity.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
