Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support our executives and department leaders by managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. In this critical role, the Senior Administrative Assistant will ensure the efficient execution of office processes while providing high-level support for executive decision-making and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials and reports for presentations.

Serve as the key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Handle complex travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reporting for senior leadership.

Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and correspondence for executives.

Proactively manage and prioritize incoming tasks and requests based on urgency and importance.

Collaborate with teams to draft and proofread communications, reports, and project documentation.

Identify opportunities for improving office processes and implement solutions for efficiency.

Provide support for special projects, including data analysis, event planning, and vendor management.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or office professional in a senior-level capacity.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Familiarity with project management tools and systems, such as Asana or Trello.
