As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently.

What will you do?
Provide excellent customer service.
Drive from Gardiner to Mammoth to start snow coaches in the AM.
Drive from Gardiner to Mammoth to clean and fuel snow coaches in the PM.
Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system.
Answer phone calls and provide accurate information on our services.
Take reservations and make charges to customer credit cards.
Resolve small issues as they arrive for guests.
An unrestricted and valid driver's license required.

Willing to work split shift.
Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.
Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures manual.
Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
