Description We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily business operations and contribute to the success of a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Manage and maintain filing systems, ensuring data entry tasks are completed efficiently.

Coordinate onboarding processes and facilitate internal communications to streamline operations.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Provide administrative support for team members, including scheduling and calendar management.

Answer inbound calls and assist with receptionist duties to create a welcoming environment.

Organize and monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions effectively.

Support ad hoc tasks and contribute to the successful execution of team projects. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with CRM software and calendar management tools preferred.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and answering inbound calls.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Previous experience in a detail-oriented office setting is a plus. TalentMatch®
