In this role, you will provide banking and product support as assigned. Meets both quality and production standards established for this level. Respond to Payroll Center and Client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Monitor established turnaround guidelines.

What you'll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

Perform administrative duties to ensure Registration documents are processed timely and accurately.

Research client and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor.

Assist in training of new employees and procedures.

Telephone contact with internal and external areas.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

Thorough knowledge of procedures and resources.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Meets deadlines with accuracy.

Organizational skills are a must.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

Experience noted above, OR

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $15.00 - USD $28.94 / Hour

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
