The pay range is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00

Our team accomplishes this through deep subject matter expertise (SME) and building relationships while driving awareness and advocacy to meet team members' needs consistently and effectively.
As an Accommodations Business Partner , you will be the primary contact working directly with team members (incl. candidates), local HR, and leaders in providing workplace accommodations, including assessment of the accommodation request, SME in determining reasonable accommodations available to meet the needs of the team member, coordination of implementation and monitoring of the accommodation over time to ensure it continues to meet the needs of team members. As a SME on Target's accommodations processes, as well as state and federal disability and accommodation laws, you will collaborate and advocate on behalf of team members throughout the process to ensure accommodation needs are met.
This individual will answer general questions related to the accommodations process, understand each unique team member's situation, respond to changing circumstances and needs and pave the way for a connected and trusted team member experience. The individual in this role must possess strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to develop creative and innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment, and an ability to translate business needs and goals into reasonable accommodations that will produce favorable results for Target team members and meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end case management by serving as a subject matter expert on the accommodation process, including administration of the interactive process by understanding team member restrictions, need for a reasonable accommodation, brainstorming potential solutions and partnering with local HR and leaders to implement accommodations.
Ability to discern escalated and complex situations that may require consultation with Sr. Manager Accommodations or Sr. Accommodations Business Partner.
Create and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records.
Maintain a full caseload of approximately 80 cases, that may fluctuate during periods of high volume.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work with a diverse range of people and effectively partner and work with all levels including team members, vendors, HR and leaders.
Detail orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain excellent follow up in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to make independent decisions utilizing internal policies and processes.
Ability to flex your schedule to be available for team member contact between 7AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday.
Passion for delivering a positive team member experience and excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer operating skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience with case management or providing support to employees on disability, leave of absence, human resources, customer service, healthcare setting or employee relations functions.
Previous experience in advocacy, providing consultation and settling disability issues.
A general understanding of federal and state disability and accommodation laws, in addition to understanding the workplace accommodation process.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
