Nutanix is looking for a results-driven Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of impactful content strategies that elevate our brand, engage enterprise audiences, and drive pipeline growth. This strategic, cross-functional role sits at the intersection of storytelling, demand generation, and brand leadership.
With a strong background in technology marketing and B2B content development, you'll act as a key strategic partner to the Nutanix marketing team-helping shape the vision, voice, and direction of our content. You bring a deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, content performance metrics, and emerging formats to scale our content engine and push creative boundaries.
About the Team
You'll be part of the Content Marketing team within the broader Corporate Marketing organization, reporting to the Director of Content Marketing. The content team values creativity, collaboration, and initiative. Exploring new storytelling formats and approaches is encouraged and rewarded. Success in this role requires the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution, while working closely with creative partners to ensure content and design are seamlessly aligned.
Your Role
Lead and execute content strategies across major initiatives and channels, aligned with Nutanix brand, demand generation, and campaign goals
Serve as a content authority across teams, guiding messaging, tone, and cross-functional execution to support integrated marketing efforts
Present content strategies and performance insights to senior leadership, influencing planning and decision-making
Collaborate closely with product marketing, campaigns, creative, web, and digital teams to deliver high-impact, integrated content experiences
Explore and pilot innovative formats (e.g., interactive content, AI-generated assets, video, podcasts) to boost engagement and reach
Ensure content and creative work in harmony through strong partnership with the corporate creative team
Guide agencies and contractors to ensure alignment with Nutanix's content strategy, brand standards, and strategic priorities
Use performance data to refine strategies, improve SEO, and maximize content ROI
Serve as a GenAI advocate, driving adoption, experimentation, and integration of AI tools across marketing workflows
Mentor junior team members and manage external partners, helping scale content operations through process improvements and strategic alignment
Champion innovation and scalable processes to continuously improve content creation and operations across the organization
What You Will Bring
7-10 years in B2B content marketing, ideally in enterprise tech or SaaS
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive brand and pipeline growth
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, SEO, analytics, and digital channels
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and audiences
Skilled at managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
Experience guiding agencies and contractors to ensure strategic and brand alignment
Confident communicator with experience influencing senior leadership development and management.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $147,200 and USD $200,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
