Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst 3 for their Deerfield, IL/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

Drive reporting and process improvements for the secondary sourcing business and serve as the primary source of contact.

Responsible for collecting, summarizing data and providing analysis that will assist supply chain management in both long and short-range strategic planning, and the development and implementation of changes to further drive growth for secondary sourcing

Work with cross-functional partners on recommending and leveraging secondary sourcing opportunities

Creating and maintaining reporting whether through ability to create on your own or working with Business Analytics in the creation and validation of the reports.

Maintains a thorough understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of secondary sourcing and be able to communicate processes and reporting to management including business leaders.

Manages ad-hoc requests and analyses, as needed, related to secondary sourcing including one-time buys, special requests or offers

Collects, analyzes, makes specific recommendations, and presents information to management including senior level executives.

Act as backup support for the demand planner placing purchase orders daily

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role Interpersonal skills.

Will be interacting with cross functional teams, management and secondary sourcing vendor contacts

Communicate relevant project information to stakeholders and be able to verbalize results

Intermediate to advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel required (SUM function, inserting charts, sorting, v-look, pivot tables).

Advanced analytics - collecting, organizing, summarizing and disseminating large amounts of data having the ability to translate results into business terms making recommendations to improve metrics.

Ability to create/write reporting in SQL. PowerBI experience a plus.

Project Management skills - you will be working on multiple projects at once requiring ability to lead and track progress against a timeline and task list.

Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
