As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. Your presence and attention to detail will help create a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. This position requires you to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will interact with a diverse group of people, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to various situations. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points within the facility.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.
Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related incidents and daily activities.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
