Administrative Assistant

Location: Fergus Falls, MN

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $19/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support management and administrative staff with general office functions. This role involves customer order entry, support, and coordination with logistics and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and manage customer orders received via email, phone, fax, or internal systems

Provide customer support through email and phone communication

Collaborate with logistics and customer service to fulfill customer needs and prepare paperwork

Escalate customer concerns to appropriate departments and assist with resolution

Maintain office supply inventory

Support special projects as assigned by the manager

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage

Strong organizational skills and adaptability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage frequent interruptions

Willingness to learn and take initiative on new tasks or projects

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency
