Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to be the welcoming presence at our front desk. This role involves greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and maintaining a professional and organized reception area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and respectful of confidentiality. Responsibilities

Professionally handle and route incoming phone calls.

Update internal documents and templates.

Accurately enter data into company systems.

Schedule meetings and manage conference room availability.

Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiently.

Communicate clearly via phone and email with staff, clients, and external contacts.

Operate office equipment such as copiers and scanners.

Organize and maintain company records.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Keep shared spaces clean and client-ready.

Support compliance with engineering licensing requirements.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong calendar management skills.

3-5 years of administrative experience.

Work Environment

The position requires working onsite from Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The team comprises various roles including HR, Business Development, Marketing Coordination, Office Administration, IT, and Software Development. The work culture is engaging, with team working lunches, happy hours, and a fun atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $46800.00/yr.
