Job Description Summary

Follow up on clients with accounts in arrears and send account statements to customers. Receive correspondence and apportion checks for deposit. Hand over to the BOC Finance Department for deposit. Provide Genpact with the accurate application of checks according to listed breakdown (deductions/W/Tax/etc.). Solve billing situations with C/S (duplicates/credits/RMA, etc.). Review aging reports for accounts with unposted payments, identify them, and request the Share Service to allocate them accurately.

Responsibilities:

Follow up on clients with accounts in arrears and send account statements to customers.

Receive correspondence and apportion checks for deposit.

Hand over to the BOC Finance Department for deposit.

Provide Genpact with the accurate application of checks according to listed breakdown (deductions/W/Tax/etc.).

Tackle billing situations with C/S (duplicates/credits/RMA, etc.).

Review aging reports for accounts with unposted payments, identify them, and request the Share Service to allocate them accurately.

Minimum Requirement:

Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
