What's a typical day as Administrative Coordinator? You'll be:

Managing schedules and coordinating travel and logistics for the Vice President and the team.

Preparing materials and presentations for meetings, setting up rooms as needed, and assisting with meeting agendas and minutes.

Processing and completing expense reports while providing general administrative support, including maintaining files and updating shared documents.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and have 5+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting Executive Directors or VP level and above, ideally in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.

Possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines while organizing and prioritizing competing time demands.

Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization.
