Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Woodland Hills, California. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in accounting software systems and financial operations. You will play a key role in managing accounts receivable processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all related functions.

Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts receivable operations, including billing, cash handling, and payment processing.

Utilize accounting software systems and ERP platforms to track financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

Manage customer accounts and ensure timely invoicing through CRM systems.

Reconcile cash activity and resolve discrepancies in financial statements.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable performance and provide insights for process improvements.

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to address overdue payments.

Support the implementation of Epic software for enhanced financial tracking.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all cash management tasks.

Assist in audits and provide documentation to support financial reviews. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP platforms.

Experience with CRM tools for managing customer accounts.

Strong knowledge of billing functions, cash handling, and reconciliation processes.

Familiarity with Epic software and ADP financial services is highly preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
