Job Overview

We are seeking a new Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As an Administrative Assistant, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client's ever-evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located in our Chicago office location.

Key Responsibilities

Provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

Answers phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner

Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system

Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, and office keys

Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence

Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails working with office manager

Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as needed.

Coordinates conference team and/or zoom calls as needed

Help prepare expense reports and other departmental projects as needed

Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment if needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms

Have good to great organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $47,008-56,992, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
