Magnolia Health Systems Corporate Office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional support to our facilities, employees, and residents.

For this role, Magnolia Health Systems is looking for a conceptual thinker who possesses outstanding organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate must be reliable, adept at accurately following instructions, and capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role: Magnolia Health Systems is seeking an Administrative Assistant to

Greet visitors

Receive and re-direct all incoming phone calls.

Sort all incoming business mail and direct to appropriate office/mailbox.

Assist the Human Resources Department with administrative tasks within the Corporate Office, as needed.

Assist with order entry and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping

Type and proofread documents, reports, and other materials as needed

Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and arranging logistics

Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable

Perform computerized tasks using various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite

Required Skills and Abilities:

Must possess good computer skills, including knowledge with Microsoft Suite.

Must have good time management and organizational skills.

Must have strong ethics and reliability.

Must possess the ability to demonstrate good conflict management and decision-making skills.

Must be self-motivated, possess good problem-solving skills and be ready and willing to learn and adapt to changes???????
