Responsibilities Provides support and assistance to supervisor and, in some cases, his/her subordinate staff by performing varied general office duties auxiliary to the work of the organization. Serves as the principal office administrative support assistant operating independently of any other such position in the office. Typical clerical and procedural duties of positions in this series include: maintaining records of leave and attendance; receiving and controlling incoming correspondence; maintaining information needed for budget purposes. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
