This role also requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment.
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas, in accordance with site protocols.
Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
Collaborate with site personnel and local law enforcement as required to address security-related concerns.
Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or incidents specific to an aerospace and defense location.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas.
Must have an active Department of Defense Clearance.
A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
CPR Certification is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
