\ We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at a Dunkin franchisee. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing inventory and supplies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring that all standards and procedures are followed.\ Qualifications:\

High school diploma or equivalent.\

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the

food service industry.\

Strong leadership and communication skills.\

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.\

Excellent customer service skills.\

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management.\

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and

holidays.\

Must pass a background check.\

Responsibilities:\

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.\

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.\

Train and coach team members on company policies, procedures, and

customer service standards.\

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.\

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and

professionally.\

Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.\

Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.\

Assist with scheduling and payroll processing.\

Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.\

Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations.\

Salary Range: \$21 - 23/hour
