Description

Responsible for answering incoming calls from patients, providers, health plans, and hospitals and providing accurate information to the caller. Supporting the values of PSJH-CA and proven ability to use team concepts to enhance shared leadership philosophies are essential for the success of this position.

Performs job activities in accordance with PSJH-CA Mission and Core Values, maintaining confidentiality while creating and maintaining a work environment that affirms and fosters respect for human diversity.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Health care administration, business administration or an equivalent area.

3 years Customer Relations

Solid experience in answering calls in a call center environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Work history emphasis within an independent physician association, management services organization or physician hospital organization

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
