Job Summary:
The Warehouse Employee is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the
warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. This
position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a
commitment to safety and teamwork.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Inventory & Order Fulfillment:
Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
Pick and pack orders according to company procedures.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, wrapping, and organizing deliveries
for pick-up.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and data entry.
Safety & Equipment Operation:
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines for equipment usage.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to reduce risk and promote
efficiency.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with team members, drivers, and supervisors to ensure timely and
accurate order fulfillment.
Communicate inventory or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
Contribute to a positive team environment by respecting coworkers and
participating in problem-solving.

Warehouse Standards & Conduct:
Comply with all warehouse policies and procedures.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with internal and external
contacts.
Remain physically and mentally prepared for a fast-paced work environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs.
Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse practices is essential.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to team success.
Basic math, computer skills, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (preferred).
Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions.
Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate machinery and handle materials.
