International Motors LLC is a leading North American truck manufacturer with a 175-year legacy of product excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational resilience. Our York, PA Parts Distribution Center plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, timely parts to our customers, and we're looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead from the front.

Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee and optimize daily operations within receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping functions. You will lead hourly team members to achieve excellence in safety, quality, accuracy, and delivery by applying Lean tools, standard work systems, and positive reinforcement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead, coach, and develop hourly warehouse employees using a servant leadership approach
Apply International Way principles applying Lean and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement in workflow and space utilization
Champion a growth mindset culture, encouraging innovation, adaptability, and learning from mistakes
Implement and sustain standard work, visual controls, and 5S practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Ensure timely receipt, put-away, and shipment of parts in line with production and customer schedules
Drive performance improvement KPIs and audit processes to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and service levels
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and quality teams to improve end-to-end performance
Foster a people-driven work environment built on trust, accountability, and open communication
Maintain documentation that demonstrates effectiveness and compliance with company procedures
Support and manage a union or represented workforce professionally and consistently

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 1 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
OR
At least 5 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
Prior warehouse supervisory experience strongly preferred
Experience with represented or unionized workforces a plus
Proven success in Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with change management and performance coaching
Ability to drive a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
