As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed to address security-related matters.
Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A valid Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
