Construction Manager

Description

Lead construction planning, execution, and commissioning phases.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams across multiple disciplines.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ASME, and project-specific standards.

Monitor and report on project milestones, risks, and budget performance.

Conduct site inspections and resolve field-level challenges.

Maintain a strong presence onsite (minimum 80% field time).

Coordinate with engineering and safety teams to uphold quality and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in power generation construction

Proven leadership in EPC environments with large-scale budgets and teams.

Strong understanding of steam turbines, HRSGs, pipelines, and BOP systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Needs to have experience w/ either simple cycle or combined cycle projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
