Impressio, Inc. is a platform material solutions provider to major global manufacturers, and an emerging leader in new product development for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and biomedical applications. We are expanding our team by adding a technician to assist with testing and product preparation. Typical product development involves 3D scanning head forms, 3D printing products using SLS 3D printer, post-processing 3D printed parts, assembly, and field testing for feedback. This role will be pivotal in preparations for customer feedback events and further transitioning our products to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, have experience with 3D printed SLS parts or an interest in 3D printing, and be able to follow SOPs and safety protocols within a test or laboratory environment. This is an entry-level position with extensive hands-on experience and ideal for those looking to get into a lab/test environment. This position will be located at our Denver, CO office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

? 3D scanning and post-processing files

? Follow safety protocols and SOPs for 3D printing and post-processing 3D printed parts

? Assemble products for field testing

? Perform testing using SOP and guidelines

? Perform tensile and compression tests on samples produced with 3D printing

? Assist engineers with linear and twin wire drop testing

? Follow SOPs to analyze test data

? Organizing human factors data for product development

? Routinely lift 30 pounds into and out of 3D printing hardware

Education & Experience

? High School diploma

? Preference will be given to those with undergraduate engineering experience

Skills

? Proven problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail

? Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage technical tasks on multiple projects concurrently

? Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Compensation

Impressio will carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience.

This position is part-time at 15 -- 20 hours per week with occasional weeks requiring 25 hours. Part-time employees are not eligible to participate in Impressio's benefits. There is potential for this position to transition into a full-time position based on performance. Base Pay: $25/hr

Requires applicant to work onsite in Denver, Colorado.
