Responsibilties*
Run Operations of all aspects of running a Private Restaurant
Hiring and training of new staff, administer discipline when needed, scheduling of restaurant staff
Order of Alcohol, beer, other drinks
Maintain inventory of consumables - Cleaning supplies, Sandwich wraps, straws, other
Maintenance of facility and repair of equipment
