The Group Product Director, Immunology Market Access & Health Information Technology on the Immunology Portfolio Solutions Team will be accountable for development of the U.S. market access pull-through strategies and the Health Information Technology (HIT) strategy across the Immunology portfolio of products. The candidate will lead a group of access marketers to shape competitive strategies that maximize our access investments through differentiated and innovative pull-through strategies. This leader will also be lead a group of HIT marketers focused on driving large scale impact through field driven technology solutions and innovative 3rd party partnerships.
This individual will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders including Franchise Brand Marketing, Field Sales, Field Reimbursement Managers, Account Management Teams, PECS, JJIT, Value Access and Pricing, Medical Affairs, Strategic Insights and Analytics, and Legal/Compliance partners.
This individual will lead a team of 5 marketing professionals and be responsible for their achievement of business objectives and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and tactics to maximize market access pull through and accelerate Health Information Technology strategy and execution
Partner with SCG to establish Immunology brand access and HIT ambitions and shape contract strategy recommendations through CPC engagement
Lead direct reports in development of resources to maximize access/HIT pull-through with Demand, Integrated Account and Field Reimbursement teams
Partner with sales leadership, learning excellence and brand management to shape competitive pull-through platform strategy/execution (Access Command Center), new launch access content/training, and local market execution plans
Utilize market research and analytics to gain insights to help prioritize local market activation plans and shape innovative approaches to maximize pull through
Lead the development of the Immunology HIT strategy, including shaping the field deployment model, 3rd party solutions, and JJIT/HUB integration solutions
Collaborate with brand marketing teams to ensure access and HIT strategies align to brand strategies
Directs and coordinates critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, Market Access Readiness Review, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing.
Work compliantly and within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals
Recruit, develop and retain a high performing team, who sets high ambitions and achieves results that exceed expectations
Qualifications:
A minimum of a BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
A minimum of 7 years' business experience is required (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Management, etc) of which 4 years of demonstrated marketing experience and confirmed performance is required.
Immunology and market access experience preferred.
Health Information Technology experience preferred.
Innovative mindset with willingness to test and learn
Ability to interpret sophisticated financial analysis
Strong analytically with excellent overall business sense.
Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities.
Proven people management experience is highly preferred.
Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and unstructured environment.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically.
Can operate in two worlds - big picture orientation with attention to detail. Interpersonal flexibility to effectively work alongside a broad range of personnel.
Sophisticated communication and presentation skills required.
This role is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 10% travel
