Warehouse Attendant

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 pending experience and interview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Organize and store items in designated warehouse locations.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.

Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Forklift certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced warehouse environment.

May require standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures.

Expect a call or text from Tanner with Aerotek . He will be responsible for hiring for this position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
