Job Title: Warehouse Worker/Forklift Operator

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker/Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks of dry warehouse products, and sorting and staging them within the warehouse. The majority of the products are from major clients, but there are also other smaller clients with space in the warehouse. A significant portion of your role will involve operating a forklift, with occasional responsibilities in cleaning and fixing any damaged products.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks with dry warehouse products.

Sort and stage products within the warehouse.

Operate a forklift for most of your duties.

Clean and fix any damaged products as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in forklift operation.

Experience with material handling.

Ability to load and unload efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with slip sheets is highly desirable.

Ability to handle inventory and basic math skills.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean and organized warehouse that houses all dry products. The work hours are from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm on the first shift. Expect a team-oriented environment with no micromanagement and a strong emphasis on proper training.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
