DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position serves as a Finance Integration Manager in the Office of the Budget Operations (OBO), Office of Comptroller Operations (OCO), Bureau of Accounting and Financial Management, Financial Accounting Division. You will have the opportunity to work with all SAP business partners, agencies, OCO bureau's, Integrated Enterprise Systems (IES), OBO, and the accounting system solution owner to evaluate, recommend, approve, and coordinate improvements and updates to finance business processes relative to procure to pay, accounting, auditing, quality assurance, financial management services, and reporting functions across the Commonwealth. You will also be responsible for providing direct support to all Financial Accounting Division units on Office of the Budget-wide projects, as well as unit specific initiatives.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with occasional in-office days when work dictates such requirements. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $77,379 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as an Administrative Officer 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Six years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university;or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
You must possess 3 or more years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience.
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Experience working in an accounting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP
Experience managing accounting/finance activities within an ERP tool
Experience reviewing and/or analyzing Commonwealth accounting policy
Experience analyzing large volumes of accounting data
Possess 24 credits in accounting
Experience with project management of accounting related projects
