Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Location: Westborough, MA

Pay Rate: $21.71/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform hands-on assembly and manufacturing tasks, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and work closely with your team to maintain daily production output.

What You'll Do

Perform manufacturing and assembly operations by following established procedures, bills of materials, and work instructions.

Support quality and efficiency improvements in collaboration with leads, engineers, and supervisors.

Conduct basic troubleshooting and support training for other team members as needed.

Maintain accurate manual data entry and documentation for production.

Participate in training sessions, safety initiatives, and quality activities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 6 months of manufacturing experience

Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not required):

Detail-oriented, quality-focused work habits

Knowledge of production processes, documentation, and rework requirements

Experience with Stop Orders, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventive Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices
