Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities PCB is seeking a Sales Planning Manager - Foodservice, to join our Business-to-Business team to support our Ready-to-Eat Cereal, Hot Cereal, Peanut Butter, and Pet businesses with a primary focus on our Foodservice channel. The Sales Planning Manager will act as a Foodservice strategist and analyst, actively participating in the development of the annual plan, promotional programs, pricing initiatives, supply/demand planning, and supporting sales execution strategies. This individual must be able to navigate and work collaboratively with a broad cross-functional team. The Sales Planning Manager - Foodservice will be officed out of Post Consumer Brand's headquarters in Lakeville, MN, and will be eligible for a hybrid schedule working from the corporate office at least 3 days a week (preferably Tues - Thurs). Responsibilities and Accountabilities Business Planning & Analytics: Contribute to the development of the strategic growth plan to deliver revenue and profitability goals through product assortment, package, promotion, pricing action, and product innovation/renovation. Drive planning objectives to execution, directing cross functional teams in brand, finance, operations and sales to implement our plan through partnership with our field sales teams Utilization of tools like Circana Supply Track and AC Nielsen Data, to gather key competitive intelligence, develop insights, and report findings to key stakeholders. Planning Execution Support the execution of annual plan to meet sales and profit goals. Partner extensively with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure alignment of volume and profitability targets and build in key measures and agreed contingencies to ensure delivery of growth plan. Collaborate in the design of promotional programs/plans and coordinate their implementation with customer selling materials Own all aspects of the Foodservice production/supply forecast including alignment with cross functional teams, vocalizing opportunities and risks, and the preparation and facilitation of inputs into monthly consensus process. Provide Foodservice business inputs for monthly and quarterly business meetings including Product Marketing Review, Executive Commercial Review, Equity & Innovation, Stage gate/Commercialization and Quarterly Business Review. Administer reporting on business performance with Finance, Marketing, and Demand Planning departments to increase organizational knowledge and awareness of the Foodservice channel. Qualifications Required Experience and Education Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum 2 years of relevant foodservice industry experience in sales, account/channel management, category management, marketing or other relevant experience. Demonstrated experience creating actionable insights using Circana Supply Track or AC Nielsen retail scan data. Other Characteristics Ability to work with cross-functional partners to drive business results Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple / diverse projects Keen judgment and problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-changing work environment. Excellent organization and written / verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) The pay range for this position is $89,506 - $132,468 per year.
